Abstrak

Kawasan Indo-Pasifik merupakan arena geopolitik yang penting, yang dibentuk oleh persaingan strategis, sengketa teritorial, dan saling ketergantungan ekonomi. Penelitian ini mengkaji risiko dan peluang untuk menjaga stabilitas di kawasan tersebut, dengan fokus pada implikasi strategi pemangku kepentingan utama, seperti China’s Belt and Road Initiative, Strategi Indo-Pasifik AS, dan kebijakan regional ASEAN. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berdasarkan data sekunder, penelitian ini menganalisis dokumen kebijakan, laporan, dan literatur akademis untuk mengungkap dinamika utama yang memengaruhi keamanan regional. Temuan tersebut menyoroti risiko yang signifikan, termasuk meningkatnya ketegangan antara negara-negara besar, kohesi ASEAN yang terfragmentasi, dan kerentanan terhadap ancaman non-tradisional seperti serangan siber dan perubahan iklim. Sebaliknya, peluang ada melalui kerja sama multilateral, integrasi ekonomi, dan inovasi teknologi yang meningkatkan keamanan dan keberlanjutan maritim. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa mencapai stabilitas memerlukan penyeimbangan dinamika kekuatan, mendorong dialog yang inklusif, dan mengatasi tantangan bersama secara kolaboratif. Dengan memanfaatkan perangkat ekonomi dan teknologi sambil mempromosikan transparansi dan kepercayaan, Indo-Pasifik dapat menavigasi kompleksitasnya untuk mengamankan masa depan yang stabil dan sejahtera.
